This mod adds over all of the minecraft potion recipes into an easy survival way.

The actual mod starts when you either find a witch, or craft the item using ominous bottle and paper and get an Item called: "Potion Acknowledge" after that you can get potion any potion recipe or an usage of some ingredients. I will give an clear example:
