About this project

What does Stealthy kills add?

Step into a stealth-focused Minecraft experience where survival depends on silence, shadows, and timing. This mod completely reworks mob behavior so enemies no longer have perfect awareness—instead, they rely on vision and sound. Hostile mobs will only detect you if they are directly looking at you or if you create noise by breaking blocks, eating, or interacting with the environment. If you stay out of sight, you can move undetected through dangerous areas.

When you do make a sound, nearby mobs will investigate its source, turning toward the location and marking the area with an orange question mark above their heads. They will search the area carefully, spinning and scanning for you. If they spot you, they will attack immediately; if not, they will eventually give up and resume normal behavior.

Stealth is further enhanced by a dynamic light system. A torch-style indicator on the screen shows how much light surrounds you, and when the light level drops below 20%, enemies become much less aware of your presence—rewarding players who move through dark environments.

Combat also rewards stealth. Sneak behind enemies to perform special takedown attacks, instantly eliminating most mobs with unique animations depending on your weapon. A sword delivers a swift finishing slash, a shovel lands a heavy blunt strike, a hoe pulls enemies in for a precise hit, and a pickaxe knocks or drags foes down before the final blow. However, powerful entities like the Warden and Iron Golem cannot be taken down this way, forcing direct confrontation.

This mod transforms Minecraft into a tense stealth survival experience where patience, positioning, and awareness matter just as much as combat skill.

***To do a finisher hold etheir a sword, pickaxe, hoe, or shovel (while crouching behind an un alreted mob) and attack the mob***
