I am planning of having this mod hit a release status and be feature complete within 3 weeks or so. I am targeting submitting the release 1.0 build here on September 4th.

I have been publishing an update almost every day since it has gone live and I am finally on the final lap of having this mod completed. Thanks to all who have played and left feedback it has been a tremendous help.

ExfilCraft

Infil. Loot. Exfil.

ExfilCraft turns Minecraft into an extraction-survival game. You live on a private plot of land in your very own home world. Carry your kit into a hostile raid, and fight for loot. Now the hard part: make it back out. Reach an extraction portal and survive the channel, and everything you grabbed comes home with you. Die, and you lose it all.

It is tense, run-based survival with a home base you build up between raids.

🔁 The Core Loop

1. Home. Spawn on your own private plot: a safe, hostile-free zone with a day/night cycle. You start small and build it up between raids.
2. Deploy. Load up your inventory (your "kit") and drop into a raid through the Plot Trader.
3. Raid. Explore generated terrain packed with structures, loot, keys, and danger. Mobs and pillagers roam, and they fight each other, not just you.
4. Extract. Find a glowing obsidian extraction portal, stand in it, and survive the channel. Make it out, and your loot is safe.
5. Risk. Die in a raid and your entire inventory and levels drops where you fell. Every run is a gamble: push for one more chest, or extract while you are ahead?

🗺️ Worlds

• Overworld. The main raid dimension: , ruined portals, treasure, air-drops, roaming pillager patrols, and bunkers.
• The Nether. Deadlier map. Lucrative loot.
• The End. Fight the Ender Dragon for an instanced reward chest.
• The Marketplace. An always-open market full of merchants ready to buy whatever you find out there.

🏝️ Home Base

Home is a private world, hostile-free plot that is yours to build on however you like. You begin with a small starter plot and grow it into a proper base over time.

• Plot expansion. Spend XP levels at the Plot Trader to push your borders outward. Once you are established, you can even buy additional plots and travel between them.
• Plot Trader. Your own personal trader on the plot: buy starter gear, raid maps, compasses, unique decorations, and more.
• Daily Deals. Three tiered gear deals that re-roll every 24 hours.

👥 Squads

Team up, deploy together, and watch each other's backs. Squads deploy as a group and as long as you bring a raid compass will see each other on the map. You can extract individually , but getting your whole team out alive is its own challenge.

⚔️ The Raids

• Mod-managed mob spawning, tuned per map and for day or night.
• Difficulty zones with bosses, bunkers, and camps.
• Air-drop loot events: The courier Ghast drops in supplies that may just save your hide.
• Layered loot, access keys, and an in-raid black-market trader.

⚠️ Beta Notice

ExfilCraft is in beta and under active development. A few things to know:

• Start on a fresh world. This mod is not compatible with your existing worlds. It will generate a brand new one for each raid dimension and for each player home world.
• Expect rough edges, balance changes, and the occasional bug. I am constantly working and updating this mod. Things change frequently.
• Consider joining our Discord server for the latest mod updates (CF can take hours/days to approve builds). Leave questions, feedback, and bug reports. They are hugely welcome and directly shape what gets built next.
