What does ProjectCell add?

Provides a cell for ProjectE and AE2, allowing AE2 to access ProjectE's storage via the cell. Added some EMC display configurations. If Project Expansion is also installed, please keep the default settings; otherwise, display issues may occur.
Due to optimization issues in the 1.20.1 version, we recommend using the refactored version：link
