The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does GTM Extended Features 3.0.0 need?
GTM Extended Features 3.0.0. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install GregTech CEu Modern first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup. 7 come through another mod in the chain.
7 extra mods were pulled in by other dependencies. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

Configurable Cleaning Maintenance Hatch: Allows configurable maintenance for cleanroom recipes without being inside a cleanroom, basically puts both configurable and cleaning hatch in 1 machine (self explanatory name lol)
Universal Circuits
Allows the player to turn any circuit into its universal variant, meant to be used when the Universal Disassembly Machine is enabled to return these circuits instead of the worst/better circuit of that recipe
