About this project
What does Concatenated Additions: Tools add?
Requires Concatenated Additions: Core and Lycheeas a dependency.
Concatenated Additions is a series of mods adding various tools, artefacts, machines and materials spanning through magic and technology. It was designed with adding new interactions with other mods in mind.
This is the Tools module of Concatenated Additions. It adds various tools, weapons and armours with technological and magical roots and utilities.
Tools:
- Meteorite Tools - Strong and durable tools with innate magnetism (items are pulled towards the wielder). Special variants include the Meteorite Longsword, trading damage for attack speed, and the Meteorite Broadaxe, which chops down 3 logs vertically at once. Can be made from AE2's skystone or Clanging Howl's extraterrestrial stone.
- Sublime Gold Tools - Expensive dense gold tools with infinite durability but a mining level and damage only slightly higher than gold. Special variant includes the Sublime Gold Giant Sword (inspired from Asgard Shield).
Special Tools:
- Shrike - A sword that can be used to stab oneself, purging experience from the body into solid item form. The experience orbs created from this ritual can be absorbed back into experience.
Weapons:
- Kestrel - A sword stronger than netherite. Can be used to teleport forward.
- Kestrel R - Most powerful variant of Kestrel. Can be used to teleport and to cast lightning beams spreading to enemies in a lightning chain.
- Windflaw - Wind elemental spear serving as a melee and ranged weapon. Can be used to gain speed temporarily and shoot a light arrow projectile.
- Conflagration - Fire elemental staff serving as a melee and ranged weapon. Can cast fireballs, granting fire resistance, and enemies hit will be set ablaze.
- Temblor - Earth elemental greatsword, serving as a melee weapon. Can grant its wielder temporary resistance and strength or can slam the ground for a devastating shockwave.
- Riparian - Water elemental blade?. Can be used to gain dolphin's grace and conduit power temporarily.
Armour:
- Frozen Ice Armour - Forged from blue ice, it boasts formidable defence but suffers from low durability.
- Cultist Armour - Made from blood-soaked leather with defence comparable to diamond armour, it is the perfect armour for any self-respecting occultist.
