PhaseCraft
PhaseCraft: Kinetic Chemistry — automate sulfuric acid distillation, etch ores for 4x metal yield, and route items, fluids and volatile gases through three separate pipe networks. Real logistics, not crafting-table shortcuts.
Quick answer
Which PhaseCraft release matches 26.1.2?
phasecraft-0.1.0.jar targets 26.1.2 with NeoForge. The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both. No extra mods listed for this file.
Where it goes
Is PhaseCraft required on the client, server, or both?
The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does phasecraft-0.1.0.jar need?
phasecraft-0.1.0.jar on 26.1.2. Every mod below is checked against that same setup.

About this project
What does PhaseCraft add?
PhaseCraft: Kinetic Chemistry
An industrial-chemistry mod focused on closed automated processing chains, not crafting-table shortcuts. The real challenge is logistics: managing three separate states of matter — items, fluids, and gases — in space, each with its own pipe network and rules.
Three independent logistics networks
- Item Pipe — moves items instantly between inventories, no internal buffer.
- Fluid Pipe — carries acids and sulfate solutions; the color of the liquid is visible through the pipe's glass sections.
- Gas Pipe — gases follow natural volatility: they only flow up or sideways on their own. Moving them down requires a powered Compressor Fan (on the roadmap).
- Chemical Wrench — Shift+Right-click in the air to cycle the tool's filter (Items / Fluids / Gases), then right-click a pipe-to-machine joint to set Extract / Insert / Disconnect per face.
Stage 1 — Distillation
Heat Crystalline Sulfur in a Stone Retort (needs a heat source underneath — torch, campfire, lava, or the Furnace-Tube) to release Sulfur Gas. Pipe it up into a Cooler (needs ice or flowing water nearby) to condense it into Liquid Sulfur, then mix with water for Weak Sulfuric Acid.
Stage 2 — Etching & Fractionation
Feed ore and Sulfuric Acid into an Etching Chamber to dissolve it into a metal-specific Sulfate Solution — works on iron, copper, gold, redstone, diamond, and even Ancient Debris. An Oxidation Chamber + Absorber pair turns Sulfur Gas into fresh acid through a proper intermediate step instead of a one-click craft.
Pump the solution into a Fractional Column: heated from below, it splits into Sludge (wash it in water for bonus vanilla ore nuggets), pure metal Sulfate (smelts in a Furnace/Blast Furnace for up to 4x–12x the yield of raw ore), and residual gas that loops straight back into the Absorber.
Storage
Sealed Fluid Tanks and Gas Cylinders buffer large volumes between machines. Both keep their contents if broken and picked back up.
Mod compatibility
- JEI — every reagent, byproduct and process has a recipe category and lookup page, including gases (rendered as their own ingredient type with proper fill-level icons, not just text).
- Jade — hover any machine, tank or cylinder to see live progress and fill levels, even without opening its GUI. (Included instead of The One Probe, which has no build for this Minecraft version.)
