What does deformed cow add?

This is a terrible project, just an old one from months ago (maybe even a year or so). It's just a prototype and was experimental to begin with, so I accept criticism because I was the first to criticize it.

The mod's contents will add a damned creature—a deformed cow in the rare world—and other things... I don't know why you're interested in something like this.

For the occasion, I might release a remaster and updates, so your suggestions would be helpful as the mod has a lot of content!...... Please don't judge me based on my first project. ):
