About this project
What does CartiMarket add?
CartiMarket is a server-authoritative economy and trading mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge.
It adds a full in-game market where players can buy and sell items only in carefully balanced quantities. Prices are dynamic: when an item is sold heavily, its price can fall; when it is bought, its price can rise. Many crafted items also respond to the prices of their materials, creating a connected economy where resources such as wood, iron, leather, crops, ores, and rare materials matter.
Features include:
A searchable in-game market with categories, live prices, balance display, and buy/sell controls
Hundreds of priced vanilla items plus selected supported modded items
Dynamic supply-and-demand pricing for every market item
Logical material dependencies for crafted and advanced items
Fixed trade tiers, so items can only be bought or sold in their intended quantities
A player-to-player barter board for item-for-item trading
Listings and offers with up to four item stacks per side
Support for modded items and full stack quantities in player trades
Safe escrow, accepting, rejecting, withdrawing, and pending-delivery handling
Player trades are fully separate from the market: they use no money and do not change prices
CartiMarket is designed for survival servers that want mining, farming, crafting, exploration, and player trading to all have a meaningful place in the economy.
