About this project
What does Arrow Gadgets add?
Basically, I didnt like the lack of cool stuff there was for bows, it seems everyone else was either doing too much or doing too little and often only had 1 or 2 cool things to show for all the space theyd take up. well not anymore! though im new to modding im not new to knowing what i like and i am heavily inspired by my years of playing with skyrim mods this one here is inspired by "sneak tools"!
Specialized Arrows
- Ladder Arrow — Creates a hanging ladder column at the impact location.
- Fire-Spreading Arrow — Ignites targets and spreads fire around the impact.
- TNT Arrow — Explodes immediately when it hits a block or creature.
- Ender Arrow — Flies without gravity or drag, then safely teleports the shooter to its first impact.
- Bee Arrow — Releases three temporary aggressive bees wherever it lands. The bees attack nearby creatures but never players.
- Slime Arrow — Produces a powerful Fus Ro Dah-style blast, launching every creature within 10 blocks upward and along the arrow’s direction.
- Lightning Arrow — Calls down a powerful lightning strike.
- String Arrow — Pulls nearby creatures three-quarters of the distance toward the shooter.
- Voidsong Arrow — Pulls creatures along its flight path, creates a large animated black hole for five seconds, and ends with an entity-damaging collapse.
- Tornado Arrow — Creates a roaming tornado for 10 seconds. It tracks nearby creatures, traps and lifts them, deals light damage, then flings them away.
- Cobweb Arrow — web clusters!
- Arrow of Grounding — Damages Endermen! prevents teleportation, and forces vanilla or modded flying creatures to crash for 15 seconds.
Bow Enchantments
- Double Shot — Fires two arrows while consuming only the original shot’s ammunition.
- Triple Shot — Fires three arrows in quick succession.
- Volley — Releases 10 arrows in a controlled spread.
- Gravity Arrow — Launches struck creatures sharply upward, allowing gravity to finish the attack.
- Tracking Shot — Guides arrows toward nearby living creatures, including creatures added by other mods.
- Ricochet — Rebounds between nearby targets. Higher levels add more rebounds, with slightly reduced damage after each one.
- Aquatic Flight — Replaces underwater drag with normal arrow flight physics, preserving power and range through water.
Arrow TNT
Arrow TNT creates enormous three-band radial arrow bursts. Each variant releases 200 arrows for broad and reliable area coverage.
variants include:
- Arrow TNT
- Fire Arrow TNT
- Spreading Fire Arrow TNT
- Poison Arrow TNT
- Decay Arrow TNT — Applies Wither II for 10 seconds.
Potions and Potion Cauldrons
Arrow Gadgets adds:
- Decay — Wither II in five-second and 10-second forms.
- Berserking — Doubles a creature’s damage for 12 seconds making it hostile to all mobs before killing it.
- Drinkable, splash, lingering, and tipped-arrow forms.
Drinkable potions can be poured into cauldrons. Ordinary arrows can then be dipped into the potion:
- 16 arrows per cauldron level
- Up to 48 arrows from a full cauldron
Wireless TNT Pressure Plate
The Clear Glass TNT Pressure Plate removes the need for complicated redstone wiring.
- Hold the plate and sneak-right-click any number of TNT blocks.
- Sneak-right-click a linked TNT again to remove it.
- Place that same plate.
- Step on it to load and prime every linked TNT target.
A single plate can control multiple TNT blocks, including targets in unloaded chunks.
should be fully compatible with everything
