What does Lucid Dreaming add?

Based on a concept by Mark Cheverton (author).

By sleeping in a bed, you have a 10% chance of lucid dreaming. Sleeping near amethyst blocks increases your odds.

While dreaming, you can float and traverse the landscape, scoping out biomes and structures.
