Reset Repair Penalty: Simply place your heavily enchanted tool, weapon, or armor in the left slot of an Anvil, and the Anvil Reset Scroll in the right slot.
The Cost: The process will consume 1 scroll and cost exactly 5 experience levels.
The Result: Your item's hidden repair cost is completely wiped clean! You can now repair and add new enchantments to it as if it were brand new.
