About this project
What does Gloop's Animals add?
Welcome to Gloop's Creatures, a collection of vanilla-style animals designed to feel alive and dynamic.
So far, they include:
Jerboa
A small, skittish rodent that spawns in deserts and badlands.
Jerboas hop everywhere to get around.
Jerboas drop string and rabbit's foot, and grant speed to nearby players.
They can be bred with a spider eye.**Giant Salamander
**An amphibian that spawns in swamps and by rivers.
Giant salamanders can live on land but prefer water, and will attempt to seek it out.
They drop chicken and a slime ball, and can be bred with raw salmon.
Grizzly Bear
A hostile creature that rarely spawns in most forest biomes.
Grizzly bears attack players and pillagers on sight, but can be permentantly pacified with a few honeycomb.
Bears will give up if brought down to half health.
They drop salmon, iron(teeth planned in the future) and a bear hide.
Grizzlies can be bred with honeycomb.
Deer
A skittish creature that spawns in most forest biomes.
Deer run from pillagers, bears and the player, and drop antlers and venison.
You can approach and tame deer with red tulips, then breed them with any flower.
Wild Boar
A neutral creature that spawns in savannas and most woodlands.
Wild boars spawn in three different size varients.
The largest varient is more aggressive, and very dangerous.
Wild boars will flee when hit, only to charge back.
They drop porkchops and bones, and can be bred with brown mushrooms.
