Block = Random Effect
Block = Random Effect gives every vanilla Minecraft block a random vanilla status effect with a random effect level from I to V.
Every time you walk onto a different block, your effect changes based on that block. For example, walking on Grass could give you Speed III, while walking on Sand could give you Jump Boost II.
