What does Return By Death (From Re:zero) add?

Re:Zero Return by Death adds a Return by Death checkpoint system to Minecraft.

This mod automatically saves checkpoints at a configurable interval between 1 and 20 minutes. When the player dies, they are returned to their saved checkpoint with their items and world state from that checkpoint, with configurable Return by Death sound effects.
