About this project

What does CatoAPI add?

title1 Requires CommandAPI in plugin.

This personal API, mostly used in Katto's (Banned Studios) projects, consists of a tool to simplify and improve the creation of mods (and plugins), featuring various utilities.

It allows you to handle packets, commands, keybinds, events, configs (and config screens), and more with greater ease and compatibility compared to the standard method.

It supports versions 1.20.x through 26.x and includes a universal file compatible with all mod and plugin loaders. Additionally, it employs methods that adapt functionality based on the version, eliminating the need for extensive changes.

Both the mod and plugin components use very similar methods to ensure greater consistency across your projects. Additionally, the packet system (networking) already has a built-in connection between mods and plugins.
