About this project
What does Mythscape Civilizations add?
Welcome to the Mythscape ecosystem CIVILIZATION layer!
This is a sibling mod drawing on systems introduced in the Mythscape world generation overhaul intended to create sprawling cities, villages, and settlements that "realistically" colonize the world around them.
The system currently draws from several layers in Mythscape, including geology, biome, topology, and the river network itself influencing, size, sprawl, condition, and many other factors!
The builds are currently a mix of detailed, hand-built wooden structures, and script-generated place-holders.
EXPECT HEAVY HITCHING ON CITY GENERATION!
This is currently a very early implementation of the CIVILIZATION layer, but I wanted to share something I have enjoyed making a lot with the world, and maybe to siphon some ideas from the community! Let me know what you'd like to see next, along with screenshots of cool moments you've been able to capture, and photos of bugs and ideas on why they may have occurred!
