What does Create: Balanced Flight Ring Fix add?

Balanced Flight Ring Fix is a small addon for Create: Balanced Flight - Fork (NeoForge) that changes how flight is granted.

By default, Balanced Flight lets you fly either by being near an active Flight Anchor, OR by wearing the Ascended Flight Ring — either condition alone is enough. This addon changes that: flight now requires BOTH conditions at the same time. You must be wearing the Ascended Flight Ring AND be within range of an active Flight Anchor to fly.

This is intended for servers and modpacks that want the Ascended Flight Ring to feel like a meaningful upgrade tied to infrastructure, rather than a standalone unlimited-flight item.

Features:

Flight is blocked unless the player wears the Ascended Flight Ring
Even with the ring equipped, flight also requires proximity to an active Flight Anchor
Fully configurable: the restriction can be toggled on/off in the mod's config file (requireRingAndAnchor, default: true)
