What does Particle Shield add?
Particle Shield
Particle Shield is a client-side Forge mod that lets players block newly generated particle effects inside custom regions.
Players can select two blocks to create a cuboid region. Multiple regions can be saved and managed independently. The mod only changes particle rendering on your own client and does not modify the world, server data, or other players' experience.
Features
- Select regions by right-clicking two blocks
- Support for multiple particle-blocking regions
- List and remove individual regions
- Temporarily enable or disable particle blocking
- Confirmation required before clearing all regions
- Region settings persist after restarting the game
- Built-in English and Simplified Chinese messages
- Client-side only — servers do not need to install it
Quick Start
- Run
/particleshield select - Right-click the first corner block
- Right-click the second corner block
- Repeat to add more regions
