About this project
What does Molecularis add?
Molecularis is a chemistry and matter-transformation mod for Minecraft.
Break down everyday Minecraft items into their chemical elements and compounds, then use those materials to build new items through advanced machines. With the Decomposer and Composer, matter becomes a resource system: logs can become cellulose, ores can become elements, compounds can be rebuilt into useful blocks, and familiar Minecraft items can be understood through their molecular composition.
The mod is inspired by chemistry, atomic alchemy, and technical automation. Molecularis adds all 118 chemical elements, many molecular compounds, JEI recipe support, machine interfaces, side configuration for automation, and a growing database of vanilla item compositions.
Current features:
- 118 chemical element items
- Many chemical compounds and molecular materials
- Decomposer machine: break items into elements and compounds
- Composer machine: rebuild items from chemical ingredients
- Recipe locking for automated crafting
- JEI integration for decomposition and composition recipes
- Position-based composer recipes for items with shared ingredients
- Creative tab for all Molecularis items and machines
- Early automation support with configurable machine sides
- Minecraft-style chemistry progression
Molecularis is designed for players who enjoy tech mods, automation, chemistry, and turning Minecraft’s world into a system of atoms, molecules, and matter.
