Serene Seasons - Minimum Player Count 1.3.0. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Serene Seasons, GlitchCore first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup. 1 comes through another mod in the chain.
1 extra mod was pulled in by another dependency. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Serene Seasons - Minimum Player Count add?
Adds a seasonCyclePlayerMinimum gamerule that freezes Serene Seasons' season cycle when fewer than the configured number of players are online.
So by setting the seasonCyclePlayerMinimum gamerule to 3, the seasons won't advance unless there are three or more players on the server. The default is 0, which means that seasons will cycle normally.
There are some server properties which can be set that control whether or not it's announced or logged whenever the season cycle is paused by the mod.
Also works fine if it's only installed on the Server, though may cause the "incompatible FML modded server" message, but should it should work just fine.
