About this project

What does Oritech Sable Compat add?

WARNING: THIS MOD IS NOT FINISHED

While there are a couple fixes already in place, there's a couple issues I haven't ironed out yet that can cause freezes and crashes. Use at your own risk.

Sable Oritech Compat

This mod is a simple compat between Sable and Oritech, fixing some issues that make them difficult to use together. Here's the current list of remaining issues:

  1. Some bugs remain when disassembling a sublevel
  2. Lasers can sometimes refuse to work if the target is too close
  3. Visual bugs have been reduced; block outlines now do not show rather than glitching out violently

This mod isn't attempting to give proper native support for these mods; instead, the point is to patch Oritech and Sable as a temporary measure while the Sable team works on a native fix.
