What does MapMakerMusic add?
MMMusic makes playing custom OGG audio files on your server effortless, without need in resource packs.
Adding Custom Audio
- Place your
.oggfiles into theconfig/mapmakermusic/folder.
In-Game Commands
- /mmmusic playmusic <player> <name> [volume] – Plays a looping background track. Only one music track plays at a time.
- /mmmusic playsound <player> <name> [volume] – Plays a sound effect once. Sounds can overlap and play multiple times without interrupting each other.
- /mmmusic stopmusic <player> – Stops current music.
- /mmmusic stopsound <player> – Stops all sound effects.
- /mmmusic stop <player> – Stops all audio immediately.
- /mmmusic reload – Rescans the config folder for new OGG files, so you don't need to restart the game after putting new music in the folder.
Using on Mapmaking / Adventure Maps
- Trigger commands using command blocks connected to pressure plates or redstone.
