About this project
What does Starvation Hour add?
Starvation Hour
This mod adds a mass extinction event to your world (approximately 1% of the population remains), which significantly complicates survival. However, to maintain balance, the mod reduces the rate at which hunger decreases.
Mechanics
The mod also adds hallucinations that appear if you have 5 or fewer hunger points (two and a half chicken legs), but the most interesting feature here is the Slow Hunger Drain Potion. It further reduces hunger loss and prevents the meter from dropping to zero, but if this potion is active while your hunger is triggering hallucinations, they will intensify due to prolonged hunger unless you feed yourself. It can spawn in various dungeons and villages.
With this mod, you can also enable a thirst meter, which can be replenished with the following items:
● Water bottle - refills the thirst meter by 6 points;
● Bucket of Water - Refills the thirst bar completely, by 20 units (sounds absurd, but we'll fix it in the future if anything happens).
If the thirst bar drops to zero, you will take 1 to 3 points of damage.
Commands
The mod contains the following commands:
/starvation extinction three/false - Enables/Disables mass extinction of animals;
/starvation getsatiely [number] - Allows you to set the number of satiety units;
/starvation getthirst [number] - Allows you to set the number of thirst units;
/starvation hallucinations true/false - Enables/Disables hallucinations. Note! After disabling hallucinations, the hallucinations displayed at the time of disabling will not disappear immediately; they will disappear at the right time;
/starvation nausea true/false - Enables/Disables the thirst bar;
/starvation toggle true/false - allows you to enable/disable all enabled mechanics
