Mythic Beasts is a Minecraft mod focused on themed creatures, dangerous structures, powerful bosses, unique abilities, special items, achievements, RNG mechanics, and much more.

Each theme brings its own identity, with creatures, structures, mechanics, rewards, and a powerful boss designed around that theme.

🌎 Explore Different Themes

Every theme is built around a specific concept and environment.

The creatures within a theme will share its identity, while still having their own abilities, attacks, behaviors, and characteristics. Bosses will also have their own unique fighting styles, abilities, and mechanics.

Some abilities or mechanics may occasionally be reused or adapted between bosses, but each boss is designed to feel different and fit its respective theme.

🪨 Rock Biome The Rock Theme is the first theme currently being developed. Explore structures inhabited by mysterious rock-based creatures, fight powerful enemies, discover special rewards, and eventually face the boss of the theme.

🔥 Custom Themes & Biomes

Themes are not limited to Minecraft's existing biomes.

If a theme requires an environment that does not naturally exist in Minecraft, Mythic Beasts can introduce custom biomes specifically designed for it.

For example, a future Fire Theme could have its own custom fire-based biome, designed around its creatures, structures, mechanics, and boss instead of simply using the Nether.
