About this project
What does Nullwave add?
Nullwake is a psychological horror mod built around exploration, progression, and the feeling that something is quietly wrong with your world.
At first, almost nothing happens. As you explore, spend time outside at night, venture underground, and continue playing normally, you gradually progress through hidden stages of Nullwake. Each stage introduces new and increasingly unsettling events without constantly throwing scares at you.
You may notice strange environmental changes, unexplained sounds, unusual disturbances, distortions in the world, or things that seem to react to your presence. Some events are subtle enough that you may question whether they actually happened.
As Nullwake progresses, the anomalies become more noticeable and unpredictable. Eventually, something may appear that doesn't behave like an ordinary mob. It watches, follows, disappears when observed for too long, and can suddenly reposition itself when you're not looking.
Nullwake is designed to make exploration feel different—not by filling your world with constant enemies, but by making you wonder what might happen the next time you venture out alone.
Explore. Progress. Observe. And don't assume you're alone.
