About this project

What does Inventory Undo add?

Inventory Undo adds safe, server-authoritative undo and redo for Minecraft inventory movements.

Accidentally moved an item into the wrong chest? Press Ctrl+Z to undo it.

Controls

  • Ctrl+Z: Undo
  • Ctrl+Y: Redo
  • Ctrl+Shift+Z: Redo

Safety

Inventory Undo validates the inventory before restoring anything. If a hopper, another player, a recipe, or another external action changes the inventory, the mod refuses the rollback.

The server never accepts item contents supplied by the client.

Unsafe transactions are intentionally excluded, including crafting outputs, furnace outputs, merchant trades, dropped items, creative cloning, and unknown modded result slots.

Requirements

  • Minecraft 26.2,
  • Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or newer,
  • Fabric API,
  • Java 25,
  • Installation on both the client and server; the mod will not work when installed only on the client.
