Nebze's Cape Mod is a client-side cosmetic mod for Minecraft Fabric that allows you to customize your character's appearance with custom/official minecraft capes.

Choose your own cape and see the capes of other players who are also using the mod, all without requiring anything to be installed on the server.

The mod is purely cosmetic and provides no gameplay advantages.

Cape Selection

Choose and equip your preferred cape directly from the in-game cape menu.

See Other Players' Capes

Players using Nebze's Cape Mod can see each other's equipped capes while playing together.

Client-Side Only

No server-side installation is required. The mod runs entirely on the client and does not modify the server.

No Gameplay Advantages

Nebze's Cape Mod is strictly cosmetic. It does not provide any gameplay benefits, competitive advantages, or changes to Minecraft's mechanics.

Customizable Keybind

The cape menu can be opened using the default V key.

You can change this keybind at any time through Minecraft's Options → Controls → Key Binds menu.

Installation

Nebze's Cape Mod is designed for Minecraft Fabric.

1. Install Fabric Loader for your Minecraft version.
2. Install any required dependencies.
3. Place the Nebze's Cape Mod.jar file into your .minecraft/mods folder.
4. Launch Minecraft using the Fabric profile.
5. Join a world or server and press V to open the cape menu.

No server-side installation is required.

How It Works

Nebze's Cape Mod allows mod users to share their cosmetic cape appearance with other players who have the mod installed.

If another player is not using Nebze's Cape Mod, their cape will not be visible through the mod.

The mod does not require any changes to the server and works independently on the player's Minecraft client.
