🍀 Black Clover: Grimoires

A grimoire chooses you. Five pages. Earn every one.

Black Clover: Grimoires is a full-scale addonpack for the Palladium mod. Build the ceremony tower, take the book that answers, and grow into it — twelve grimoires, each a hand-built 3D volume that floats open at your side and riffles its own pages as you walk.

Pages are not handed out. Every one of the five is earned through its own set of quests, read and turned at a Magic Stone you build yourself and light with seven gems.

📖 The Twelve Grimoires

Each is a complete kit — its own spells, outfit, 3D book and signature passive.

Asta	5 — devil	Anti-Magic. Spells break on him, and no other mage's magic can hold him
Nacht	4 — devil	Mana Zero. Shadow Dive costs him life instead of mana, and hides his signature
Zenon	4 — devil	Bone magic, and a devil's share of power
Yuno	4	Bell's Mark. Strike a target to mark it; the wind finds it afterwards
Julius	4	Chrono Anastasi. Time slows inside the bubbles he leaves behind
Yami	4	Bloodlust. Standing near him weakens and slows anything hostile
William	4	World Tree. His roots hold enemies fast and mend allies stood close
Mereoleona	4	Mana Zone. The longer she stands and burns, the stronger she gets
Noelle	3	Valkyrie Dress returns a share of every blow to whoever landed it
Luck	3	Acceleration. He gets faster the longer a fight goes on
Vanessa	3	Red Thread of Fate. One death, once per cooldown, simply does not happen

📜 Earn Your Pages

Page one comes with the book. Pages two to five are earned, one set of three quests at a time.

144 quests across the twelve grimoires, in six kinds:

• Cast — use the spell you already have
• Mine — break something specific
• Kill — and your abilities count, not just your fists
• Bring — hand materials over at the altar
• Spend — pay experience levels
• Deeds — things the world notices: survive two minutes under three hearts, stand above y=200, walk in fire and live

Only the set you are on counts, so nobody grinds page five's work while sitting on page two. Turning a page costs 20 levels.

🔮 The Magic Stone

Craft it, place it, right-click it. That is your quest list, your hand-in counter, and the button that turns your page — a full level-up screen showing every spell's icon, its quest and its progress.

The Tree of Life — seven gems

Seven gems socket into the sigil on the stone's face. Each is four dye plus an amethyst shard, in a plus shape. Hold one and right-click the stone to set it.

The stone brightens with every gem and burns at all seven. A dark stone still shows your quests; a lit one will take a mastered grimoire back — so you can give up a book you have finished and roll another.

⚔️ Three Adversaries

Vetto, Licht and Zagred — real phases, telegraphs, and a boss bar. They do not wander and they do not ambush you. The Cursed Cube is the only door.

Lay a 3×3 of Polished Blackstone with one Soul Sand at its centre.
Set an offering on the soul sand and stand back.

One summon per player per hour. The cube survives — only the offering is spent.

They pay coin, drop something you can actually use — dye, amethyst, gold, quest materials, usually one thing — and very rarely leave the Aurora of the Unwritten, a relic that unwrites a grimoire with no mastery required.

😈 Devil Grimoires

A devil's book has no mana. It takes the price out of you, and CORRUPTION is the measure of it.

What it grants is not magic — it is the devil. Asta's three anti-magic swords cut spells out of the air and nothing can hold him. Nacht calls four devils and then wears them.

Right-click the lectern at midnight, below four hearts, and a five-leaf devil grimoire answers instead of an ordinary one.

💎 The Wellspring Shard (optional)

With Trinkets installed, the Wellspring Shard charges your mana faster and shortens your cooldowns. Right-click to put it on.

💾 Installation

Drop blackclover-1.0.0.jar into your mods folder. That is the whole of it.

No script files to copy. Every behaviour in this pack is compiled Java — there is no KubeJS, there are no .mcfunction files, and no scoreboard objectives driving anything. The build refuses to package the jar if a single script file is found inside it.

On a server: the jar goes in the server's mods folder, and every player needs it on their client too.

🎮 Quick Start

1. An operator runs /grimoiretower to raise the ceremony tower.
2. Right-click the lectern inside. A grimoire chooses you — you do not pick it.
3. Press G and read your book's page in the codex.
4. Craft a Magic Stone, place it, and right-click it to see your three quests.
5. Finish them. Hand in materials and levels at the stone itself.
6. Press the gold UNLOCK PAGE bar — 20 levels — and your next spell is yours.
7. Repeat to page five. Then socket seven gems, light the stone, and release the book if you want to start again.
