Adds a few more settings to adjust your MineCollapse experience.

Adjustable behaviors

Collapse height limit: Adjust the maximum and minimum depth at which MineCollapse is permitted to trigger a collapse in the world.
Chance gradient: Set the likelihood of a collapse to gradually decrease as the block's height increases, starting at a configurable height. (This can be useful if you want a more natural change in the chance of a collapse instead of a fixed minimum and maximum limit.)
