About this project
What does Hands for Hire add?
Hands for Hire
Why do everything yourself when you can hire someone else to do it?
Hands for Hire is a Minecraft mod that lets you recruit, manage, and dismiss hired helpers to accompany you on your adventures. Whether you need someone watching your back, covering you from a distance, carrying your loot, or simply saving you from placing another crafting table, your hired hands are there to help.
Hire the people you need, bring them along, and fire them when their services are no longer required.
The Four Classes
⚔️ Warrior
Your frontline protection.
Warriors specialize in close-range combat and will help defend you against hostile mobs and other threats. They're perfect for players who want some extra muscle while exploring dangerous areas.
Role: Melee Combat & Protection
🏹 Archer
Your ranged support.
Archers engage enemies from a distance, providing ranged fire while you fight, explore, or deal with threats up close.
Role: Ranged Combat & Support
🔨 Crafter
A crafting table with legs.
The Crafter acts as a mobile crafting table, giving you access to crafting while you're away from your base. No more carrying around a crafting table or making one every time you need to craft something on an adventure.
Role: Mobile Crafting
🎒 Holder
Because your inventory is never big enough.
The Holder serves as additional mobile storage, allowing you to store items with them while traveling. Use your Holder to manage extra resources, loot, building materials, or anything else you don't have room to carry yourself.
Role: Inventory & Storage
Build Your Crew
Choose the combination of hired hands that works for you. Bring Warriors and Archers into dangerous territory, keep a Holder nearby during long mining expeditions, or travel with a Crafter so you're always ready to make what you need.
Your adventure doesn't have to be a solo operation anymore.
Everything is customizable, equip them with custom skins, change their names, equip them with armor and weapons and have a good time.
Hire them. Manage them. Adventure together.
