The TARDIS is obtainable through extensive nether and overworld exploration. Dig through underground meteorites and you will find biomass from a certain red planet lightyears away. This will unlock the process of refining DNA into a TARDIS and its components required to fly.

Take off to distant planets such as Skaro. Defeat Daleks and go mining for rare ores that outrank diamond.
