About this project
What does Quantum Flux: Reforged add?
!!! FABRIC USERS !!!
📖 About
QuantumFlux: Reforged remakes the original QuantumFlux for modern Minecraft: Forge and Fabric on 1.20.1, NeoForge and Fabric on 1.21.1. Power now lives on a Flux Network that your machines, tools and armor all plug into, so there's one system instead of a pile of separate batteries and wireless channels.
⚡ Power Your World
- Zero Point Extractor: Generates energy from the Void.
- Entropy Accelerator: Turns unwanted items into energy.
- Quibit Cluster: Tiered battery block that stores energy and charges items.
- Flux Core: Build a layered cube of Steel, Titanium, Mangalloy and Glowing Mangalloy around the core. Each layer raises its tier. It shows as a glowing cube that fills with power, and its blocks shine brighter the fuller it is.
- Flux Link: Carry or wear it to draw from your network and show your power bar on the HUD. It replaces the Quibit Cell.
- Wireless Transmitter & Receiver: Move power across your network with no wires and no channels to set.
- Storehouse: An ender chest per network. Every Storehouse on a network shares one inventory.
- Fabricator: Crafts the mod's advanced components.
🌐 One Network, Your Rules
- Personal and shared networks: Your devices start on your own network. Dye a core to make a shared one, then tune a Flux Link to that colour to join it.
- Dyed devices and gear are tinted to match their network. Undyed ones look like the original textures.
🪄 The Quantum Staff
- One tool, many modules: Hold R for the radial menu and switch between Excavate, Bore, Laser, Wrench, Infuser and Time.
- Tiers & enchanting: The staff grows with the network, and the Module Bag keeps your modules in one place.
- Infuser: Upgrades machines, the staff and gear straight from your network.
- Pedestal: A tiered, upgradable block that runs a module on its own across an area around it. Upgrade it to widen its reach.
🛡️ Gear
- Battlesuit: Armor with installable modules that glows in your network's colour. Modules include Flight, Elytra, Strength, Sprint Speed, Jump Height, Night Vision, Air Affinity, Auto-Feed, Silent, Buoyant and Negate Fall Damage.
- Magnet, Flux Coil & Phase Anklet: Utility gear that runs on flux.
- Titanium armor and tools from the new Steel, Titanium and Mangalloy materials, plus the Darkstone building set.
✨ Expanded for Modern Minecraft
- Tiered machines throughout.
- Configurable input and output faces on Quibit Clusters.
- JEI pages for the multiblock, recipes and extra info on the mod.
- Accessory slots through Curios or Trinkets.
- Emissive textures for shader packs.
- Settings for costs, speeds and ranges in the config files and the in-game config menu.
🧩 Compatibility
Supports datapack recipes. Machines use Forge Energy for integration with compatible energy systems.
