About this project
What does Amereth's Siege add?
This mod provides tense gameplay to Minecraft and turns jenre to action. Ideal for LAN servers to survive with your friends and modded tamable companions. All monster-type mob will now try to get you for real.
You think you can still dig away from them? Meet new stamina system. Braking or placing blocks will consume stamina. It regenerates slow by time. But if u just literally sit to take a breath ("N" to sit by default) stamina will regenare faster. You're just a human after all. Now survival will require a bit of tactics. New craftable "Burb" drink will fix your tireness but not for free.

Dash. Caps Lock key. Impulse 0.8 in the input direction. Cooldown 2 sec, costs 2 stamina, minimum 5. Cannot be used while downed or sitting.
Sitting. Default key Z.
Sprint toggle — default key H. Automatic sprinting without holding the key. Resets when stamina ≤1 or when pressing WASD.

Melee combat mechanics.
Armor now absorbs all types of damage.

Structure frequency increased.
Removed
Removed unnecessary for this mod enchantments.
Vanilla XP orbs no longer appear at all. Experience is awarded directly.
Baby zombies removed from the game.
Monsters no longer burn in sunlight.
Hunger drain from sprinting disabled.
Cave spider spawners in mineshafts replaced with zombie spawners. Zombies pass through cobwebs without slowing down.
Scaling of required XP for the next level is gone.
Critical hits reworked. They are now random and depend on the player's level.
Items despawn after 2 min, even in singleplayer.
Valila bug with rails and mob pathfinding fixed.
Dependencies: none.
Severely recommended: Scarlet Recipe Mod. It will release a bit later than this mod.
According to your taste:
- Parasitic type mods.
- Weapon mods.
- Horror (and other) mobs now will dig and pillar to you as well if they're tagged as Monster Entity.
- Gore mods.
