About this project
What does KillAura add?
Kill Aura
Kill Aura automatically attacks every living thing in reach.
Features
- Full-power hits – on 1.9+ it waits until the attack cooldown is fully charged, so every hit does full damage. 1.8.9 has no cooldown, so there it attacks at about 10 clicks per second (configurable, slightly randomized).
- Silent rotation – before each hit the server sees you looking at the target, while your own camera does not move.
- Nearest target first, vanilla reach (3 blocks), no attacks through walls.
- Attacks players, monsters and all other living mobs by default. Creative and spectator players and armor stands are never attacked.
- Toggle with J (rebindable in Controls → Toggle Kill Aura). "Kill Aura ON / OFF" shows above the hotbar.
- Everything is configurable in
config/killaura.json: reach, which targets, rotation (silent / visible / none), priority (closest / lowest health / angle), field of view, pause in menus or while eating, and more. The file is re-read every time you switch the aura on, so you can change settings without restarting.

Client-side only – it does nothing on a server.
Tested on every version
Every file was tested in a real game client on every listed version and loader – 95 combinations. The client joined a server of the same version and the test checked that nothing is attacked while the aura is off, that a pig, a monster and a villager in reach die after pressing J, that a mob behind a wall and a mob out of reach are left alone, that the server sees the silent rotation, and that nothing is attacked after switching it off again. Player targeting (a creative player is ignored, a survival player is killed) was checked on one version per code path.
Please note
Most multiplayer servers forbid auras, and their anti-cheats will detect it and may ban you. Use it in singleplayer or on servers that allow it.
