What does Chunk Save Fix [FORKED] add?

Forge fork of Askaban's Chunk Save Fix 1.20.1 fork of chunksavingfix-fabric.

Pretty much just a fix of this Minecraft issue: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC/issues/MC-224729 but since there's no mods that fixes it for Forge 1.20.1, I just ported it to this version. Does exactly the same.
