About this project
What does Project Drill add?
Project Drill adds an automated drilling machine designed to make large mining projects easier.
Place the drill where you want to begin digging, add fuel, and open its menu to choose how it should operate. You can set the drill to mine either straight forward or downward, then choose the size of the tunnel before starting it.
The drill will continue mining automatically while it has fuel available. Mined blocks are collected inside the drill using storage similar to a single chest. If the storage becomes full, the drill will stop mining so items are not lost.
The drill is designed to keep working even when the player moves away from the area, making it useful for longer mining projects.
Features
- Automated mining
- Forward or downward drilling
- Selectable tunnel size
- Fuel system
- Built-in storage
- Automatically stops when storage is full
- Designed to continue operating while you are away
- Simple drill menu for controlling everything
Project Drill is made for players who want a simple automated mining option without turning mining into a completely hands off resource generator.
