About this project

What does Liquid Tank add?

XP Tank brings back the functionality of classic fluid and experience storage to modern Minecraft versions!

This is my very first Fabric 1.20.1 mod. It might contain minor bugs, but they will be addressed in future updates! The code was written completely from scratch for modern Minecraft, fully inspired by the classic OpenBlocks Tank from 1.7.10/1.12.2.

Key Features:

Fluid & XP Storage: Store Water, Lava, and Experience easily using buckets or by standing on the XP Drain.

Connected Tanks: Tanks automatically balance fluid levels horizontally and transfer downward with gravity.

Explosion Resistant & Safe: Durable obsidian-framed tanks that keep their contents (NBT) when broken.

Shader Compatible: Built with modern rendering that works seamlessly with shaders like Complementary Reimagined.

Current Support / Soporte Actual

Supported Environment: Singleplayer (Mode: Client-side tested).

Multiplayer / Dedicated Servers: Currently untested. Multiplayer compatibility tests are in progress and will be officially confirmed in a future update!

Development Note & AI Disclosure As this is my very first Minecraft mod, parts of the underlying Java code were developed with assistance from AI tools to solve complex math, rendering, and logic. All textures, assets, game testing, and project direction are human-made.
