About this project
What does HP End Expansion add?
HP End Expansion
Bring new threats and rewards to the End.
Encounter the Rift Mantis and the Void Ray among the outer islands, then collect their materials to prepare for two summonable bosses: the Rift Matriarch and the Star Devourer Ray King. Defeat these powerful foes to earn unique rewards。
Starwreck Wastes
A new landscape shaped by falling stars arrives on the outer islands of the End.
Golden Star Moss covers dark Starwreck Stone, embers glow along crater walls, and Meteor Ash gathers below. Amber-colored Star Crystals grow among half-buried meteor remains and underground crystal nests. Drifting sparks, deep ambient sounds, and dedicated music bring this warm-toned wasteland to life.
Explore the biome to collect Star Crystal Shards, Emberblooms, and Starwreck building materials, or discover giant craters and Starfall Platforms with spiral stairways.
Special Event: Star Rain
Rifts appear in the sky above the Starwreck Wastes. Meteors descend one after another, trailing bright flames and unleashing impacts and heat waves where they land.
How to Trigger Star Rain
Natural Activation
After a Star Rain event ends, the next event usually becomes available in approximately 6–8 minutes. When the timer expires, a player must be in the Starwreck Wastes, with suitable open ground nearby for meteors to land.
Using a Starfall Omen
Right-click with a Starfall Omen while in the Starwreck Wastes to start the event manually. The item is consumed upon successful activation. Only one Star Rain event can occur in the same dimension at a time.
Event-Exclusive Elite: Star Chaser
The Star Chaser emerges when a meteor lands during Star Rain. Rocky plates cover its body, a star core glows in its chest, and crystalline growths along its back and a burning comet tail give it a striking golden silhouette.
Each Star Rain meteor currently has a 10% chance to spawn a Star Chaser, with a maximum of two per event.
Its attacks include:
- Bite: Bites targets at close range.
- Comet Charge: Winds up before charging forward at high speed.
- Tail Sweep: Sweeps enemies behind it with its tail.
- Stomp: Slams both front paws into the ground, releasing an expanding shockwave.
- Star Summoning: Howls at half health and enters a summoning phase, calling down small meteors around its target.
- Overload: On Normal and Hard difficulties, reaching one-quarter health increases its speed and makes its abilities more frequent.
When killed by a player, the Star Chaser drops Star Core Ember, along with Star Crystal Shards and Embers. Star Core Ember can be used to craft the Star Core Chestplate.
If no attackable players remain nearby for an extended period, the Star Chaser curls up and flies away. Leaving this way produces no loot.

Future Update Plans
