About this project

What does FFBandage add?

FF Bandage Mod

Scraped a knee on a skeleton? Patch yourself up! FF Bandage Mod adds a simple bandage you craft from paper and a stick. Hold it for a moment and it heals you a little. No potions, no food, just a quick bit of first aid.

Crafting

How it works

  1. Craft a bandage from paper, a stick and paper in a row. It's also in the Combat tab of the Creative inventory.
  2. Hold right-click with it, just like eating. After about a second, it heals you.
  3. Each bandage heals half a heart to a full heart and is used up (except in Creative).

In Use

Configuration

You can adjust:

  • How much health a bandage heals (a random amount between a minimum and a maximum)
  • How long you hold it before it heals

Mod compatibility

FF Bandage Mod doesn't have any special compatibility with other mods.

Version differences

FF Bandage Mod works the same on every supported version and loader.

For datapack makers

The bandage recipe is a normal crafting recipe, so a datapack can replace it like any vanilla recipe. There are no other datapack options.

For mod developers

FF Bandage Mod doesn't have a modding API.

What's with the FF prefix?

It stands for Fyxe's Features! It's a clean way to easily find all of my mods when changing configs or creating packs. Mods that are a part of the "FF" system are usually smaller and unintrusive.
