Mestre Mandou (Master's Call)

Turn any mob you meet into a permanent member of your army.

Mestre Mandou adds the Master Staff, a magical item that lets you tame, organize, and command an entire army of creatures, summon them to fight by your side, or store them away safely until you need them again.

How It Works

Leftclick a mob with the Master Staff to capture it. It's added as a new troop in your currently active group and instantly stored away.

Leftclick an alreadysummoned troop to send it back into storage, fully healed.

Rightclick the air with the staff to open the management interface, where you organize your whole army.

Rightclick on a mob you haven't captured works exactly like vanilla, trade with villagers, mount horses, open a llama's inventory, etc. The staff never gets in the way of a mob's normal behavior.

The Interface

Open it with a rightclick to:

Create, rename, and delete groups. Organize your troops however you like, such as "Guards", "Farm Animals", or "Raid Squad".

View any troop's 3D model, name, current state, and summon count.

Summon or store a single troop, an entire group, or your whole army at once.

Move troops between groups freely.

Release a troop permanently. If it's stored, it's placed back into the world near you first, so nothing is ever lost.

Recovery System

If a summoned troop dies in battle, it isn't gone. It enters a recovery state instead. After a few minutes it becomes available again, with a live countdown shown right in the interface. Trying to summon a recovering troop, individually, by group, or all at once, will let you know exactly which mob is still hurt and how much longer it needs.
