**Alquileres** is a land management and rental system designed for Minecraft multiplayer, RPG, and roleplay servers.

The mod allows players and server administrators to **select, protect, manage, and rent areas**, making it possible to create cities, properties, businesses, and other roleplay spaces.

🗺️ Land Selection

Use a dedicated selection tool to easily define the area you want to manage.

Players and administrators can select specific areas of the world and use them for different purposes, such as:

• 🏙️ Protecting entire cities or towns
• 🏠 Creating residential plots
• 🏪 Creating shops and businesses
• 📦 Managing specific properties
• 🛡️ Protecting important areas from unwanted modifications

🏙️ Cities & Protected Areas

Create protected areas that can represent **cities, towns, or other territories**.

Once a city or protected area has been created, smaller areas can be selected **inside it** to create individual plots.

This allows a server to have a structure such as:

**City → Plots → Houses / Businesses**

For example, a player can establish a city and then divide part of that city into different plots that other players can rent and use for their homes, shops, or roleplay businesses.

💰 Rental System

Selected plots can be offered for rent, allowing players to obtain their own space within a city or other protected territory.

This makes it possible to create a player-driven economy where players can:

• 🏪 Rent locations for businesses
• 💰 Create an in-game property economy
• 🏙️ Develop and expand cities
