About this project

What does friendswine add?

**Everybody, Stay Bouncy!**

Caught yourself humming along to *Friends’ Wine* on your feed?
Bring that feel-good energy into Minecraft—and get the whole crowd bouncing!

**Place a Doll. Start the Party.**
Place the doll and interact with it to start looping music. Nearby players, villagers, and animals squash, bounce, and spin together in sync.
Interact again to stop.

**One Remote. Three Ways to Party.**
Use the remote on a doll to bind it. Binding won’t activate the doll.
Then use the remote to cycle through:
**Bounce only → Bounce and spin → Stop.**
Adding a spin keeps the music and bounce going without restarting.
Remote control works within the same dimension while the doll’s chunk is loaded.

**Friends’ Wine: Bring Your Own Bounce**
Finish a drink to enjoy about **169 seconds** of personal jelly-like bouncing, with no spinning. Your camera bounces along in all three views. Finish drinking milk to clear the effect.
If an active doll is nearby, you’ll follow its rhythm instead.

**How to Get the Goods**
In Creative mode, search for the doll, remote, and Friends’ Wine.
In Survival, find an adult nitwit villager—the one wearing green—and trade through the standard villager trading screen:

  • **8 emeralds** for a doll.
  • **4 emeralds** for a remote.
  • **16 wheat + 1 glass bottle** for Friends’ Wine.

Each villager offers **16 trades per item per in-game day**, shared by all players. No crafting recipes are currently available.

**Bring the Crowd Together**
Mobs within **50 blocks** will try to approach the doll. Within **10 blocks**, they’re gently pulled closer and join the animation, spreading out within a **5-block radius**. Music can be heard within **20 blocks**.
Players remain free to move. Mob attacks are restricted around active dolls—but creepers can still explode!

**Find Your Perfect Bounce**
Go to **Pause Menu → Mod Settings → Friends’ Wine** to adjust squash intensity, widening, and spin speed.

Gather your friends, place a doll, and keep the good times bouncing!
