About this project

What does Zombotron: Recrafted add?

Zombotron: Recrafted brings a conflict between scavenger machines and an infected hive into Minecraft. Fight hostile creatures, gather equipment, reprogram Biobots into companions and prepare to confront the brood mother.

Features:

  • Reprogrammable Biobots with follow, hold-position and patrol commands. Supply them with ammunition and repair kits.
  • Infected Zombies, headless Kamikaze Zombies, armed Mutants, transforming hosts and Broodlings.
  • A giant Biospider brood mother summoned using a Seismic Thumper and Brood Lure.
  • Industrial Miner Bots with their own behavior toward infected creatures.
  • A pulse rifle, ammunition, repair supplies and industrial equipment.
  • Field notes and a Field Terminal that explain equipment, reprogramming and progression.
  • Custom creature models, animations, sounds and effects.

Requirements: Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.1, Forge 47.2 or newer within the 47.x series, and Java 17. The supplied build uses Forge 47.4.10.

Installation: Install Forge, place the mod's .jar file in your Minecraft instance's mods folder, and launch the Forge profile.

This is an unofficial fan-made Minecraft mod inspired by Zombotron, the original series created by Ant.Karlov. It adds its own Minecraft gameplay and lore rather than recreating the complete original games.
