Opus (Guidebooks)
Opus is a library mod intended for mod and pack developers to create highly customizable in-game guidebooks using nothing but Markdown.
Quick answer
Which Opus (Guidebooks) release should I use?
Opus (Guidebooks) [Fabric] 26.2-1.4.0 targets 26.2 with Fabric. The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both. All 4 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is Opus (Guidebooks) required on the client, server, or both?
The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does Opus (Guidebooks) [Fabric] 26.2-1.4.0 need?
[Fabric] 26.2-1.4.0. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install Architectury API, ChimericLib, YetAnotherConfigLib, Fabric API first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup. 1 comes through another mod in the chain.
1 extra mod was pulled in by another dependency. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Opus (Guidebooks) add?
Minecraft Versions
- 26.2: supported
Opus is a documentation mod. A book is just a folder of Markdown files in a resource pack, so there is no Java and no JSON to write. Folders become chapters, files become pages, and an index.md introduces its chapter.
Current Features
- Table of contents sidebar with search, back history, and previous/next buttons

Credits
Obviously this mod would not be possible if not for the people at Mojang making an awesome game. Thanks also go to the developers of the Fabric and NeoForge mod loaders and the Architectury API.
Beyond those groups, huge credit goes to Vazkii and others who came before and created great mods like Patchouli, Modnomicon, and others.
