About this project

What does Pulls Enough Itens (PEI) add?

📦 Pulls Enough Items (PEI)

The ultimate Quality of Life (QoL) addon for Just Enough Items (JEI)!

Tired of having to manually search for and drag each ingredient from a giant chest just to make a complex craft? Pulls Enough Items solves this by adding a smart button that pulls materials directly from any open container straight into your inventory.

Compatible with Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge).

✨ Key Features

  • 🎯 Smart Item Pulling

Automatically pull all the ingredients needed to craft any JEI recipe directly from chests, shulker boxes, barrels, or any open container.

  • 🎨 Dynamic and Integrated Interface

A stylized [P] button is added to JEI recipes. On the Crafting Table, it sits side-by-side with the standard + button. When opening chests (where JEI normally hides the craft button), the [P] button takes over, allowing you to pull items directly from the open container!

  • 🖱️ Usage Modes

    • Normal Click (1 Recipe): Checks your inventory and pulls only the missing ingredients needed for a single craft. If you already have everything, it warns you and leaves the chest untouched.
    • Shift-Click (Batch Pull / Maximum Possible): Calculates the maximum number of crafts possible using both your container and inventory contents, pulling everything in one go.
  • 🖥️ Smart Visual Notifications

Pop-ups at the top of the screen give instant feedback with color-coded alerts:

    • 🟢 Green: Complete success! All items pulled.
    • 🟡 Yellow: Partial craft (pulled what was available).
    • 🟠 Orange: Inventory filled up mid-transfer.
    • 🔴 Red: Insufficient materials (specifies the exact missing bottleneck item).
  • ⚡ Native Server-Side Synchronization

    • Zero Ghost Items & Anti-Cheat Safe: Transfers are handled via native server-authoritative network packets. Items move instantly in 1 tick with 100% synchronization and no packet desync or inventory lag.
    • Requirement: Must be installed on both Client and Server (works seamlessly in Singleplayer worlds as well as dedicated servers with the mod installed).
