About this project
What does Iris's Colorwheel add?
Colorwheel is a mod that introduces a new tool, the Color Tool, which lets you color any block any color! (or atleast within RGBA) which also has compatibility for various other mods with recipes, autoloading when available. It's compatible with GregTech, IC2, and NTM recipe-wise.
It works by storing the coordinates and states of the colored blocks within your world folder itself, causing no FPS overhead on your client, while being light on the server. It is around 16MB per 1 million blocks colored for filesize, and 16MB of memory (ram) loading these blocks too, which is negligible.
It has options allowing you to adjust colors, alpha values, placement modes, as well as undo and redo, also including a gradient editor letting you make varied custom gradients with different blend modes too!
The mod is compatible with ArchitectureCraft by default, however most mods using special renderers don't work, also including vanilla things like Levers.
