About this project

What does Dynamic Biomes add?

Dynamic Biomes

Dynamic Biomes is a mod/library that allows to create biome profiles, based on which a biome can appear anywhere in the world if enough relevant blocks are placed nearby. You can add your own profiles on top, or disable default profiles in the config in order to use the mod as a dependency and add your own biome profiles from scratch.

Gameplay changes

Now you dont have to travel thousands of blocks each time to get to a desired biome, you can visit it once and build a copy at your doorstep! You can even transport biomes between dimensions, terraform, build custom mobfarms and much more!

API

This mod features a simple api that allows other mods to create their own biome profiles.

Sample biome profile class
public final class SampleBiomeProfile{    public static final PROFILE = BiomeProfile.builder(<Your mod>.id(<profile id>))    .addBlock(<block>, <weight>)    .targetBiome(<biome>)    .biomeType(<biome or null>,<biome or null>, <BiomeType enum>)    .parentBiomeType(<ParentBiomeType enum>)    .applicableDimensions(<dimension key(s), or leave blank for all available dimensions>)    .build()    private SampleBiomeProfile(){}}
