Singulo
Tech progression from thermocouples to rotating black holes: physics-inspired machines, multiblocks, wormholes and gravity tools.
Quick answer
Which Singulo release should I use?
Singulo-0.7.0-1.21.1N targets 1.21.1 with NeoForge. The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both. No extra mods listed for this file.
Where it goes
Is Singulo required on the client, server, or both?
The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does Singulo-0.7.0-1.21.1N need?
Singulo-0.7.0-1.21.1N. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
This file does not list any required mods. Do not add a library just because a different file uses it.
2 extra mods were pulled in by other dependencies. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Singulo add?
Singulo
From thermoelectric power to a universe of your own.
Build a factory, recover the technology of a lost civilization, and work your way toward a rotating black hole reactor. Singulo brings industrial progression and exploration together: your machines process the materials, while guarded ruins hold the records and components needed to advance.
Superconductivity, particle accelerators, time crystals, Hawking radiation, and the Penrose process shape its technology. Your journey starts with a temperature difference and reaches an engine that turns energy back into matter.
The features below describe the Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge build. For Minecraft 1.20.1 builds, check the corresponding file's changelog and version-specific source links below.
Five stages of technology
| Stage | Build and discover |
|---|---|
| Startup | Steel, ceramic, circuits, thermoelectric generators, and your first processing machines |
| Cryogenics | Cooling towers, particle accelerators, superconductors, and energy storage |
| Quantum | Liquid helium, recovered research equipment, laser cooling, and quantum components |
| Temporal | Time crystals, degenerate compactors, exotic matter, and powerful generators |
| Singularity | Black hole reactors, gravity tools, shields, time fields, wormholes, and the Genesis Engine |
Build multiblock machines from dedicated frames, panels, and working parts. The Holo Projector displays their shape and missing components, helping you turn a collection of parts into a working installation. Catalysts, cooling, power distribution, and automated processing become part of your growing factory.
Explore the remains of a lost civilization
Follow the Explorer Compass through five kinds of ruins, from surface Observation Posts to the deep Sunken Reactor Sector. Bring home damaged equipment, restore it, and decode records to uncover the civilization's story.
Guardians protect the deeper ruins. Face the Echo Sentinel, Gravity Remnant, Horizon Warden, and the three-form Ergosphere Leviathan. Return for awakened rematches with stronger attacks and new rewards. The records they leave behind lead to a hidden encounter.
Play alone or with friends. Boss health and attack pacing adapt to the number of challengers, and players have separate damage cooldowns so their attacks do not block each other. Rewards are counted from the party present when the fight begins.
Operate black holes and use spacetime
The Penrose Reactor holds a rotating black hole inside three gyroscopic rings. Ignite it, feed it mass, manage its spin, and collect valuable byproducts. Maintaining the reactor becomes an engineering project of its own.
Its technology opens up new ways to build and travel:
- Gravity tools lift and throw creatures and blocks.
- Event horizon shields protect your base and control access.
- T-Cylinders accelerate supported machines inside their time fields.
- Wormholes connect distant bases and dimensions for energy, item, and fluid transport.
- Black hole visuals include animated reactor rings and gravitational lensing.
Create a universe
The Genesis Engine gives your factory a goal beyond generating more power.
Build its core, frames, and pylons, kindle it with a Primordial Seed, and supply the energy needed for a universe to take shape. Watch for surge alarms and control the feed as you stabilize it. When the universe is born, its galaxy becomes part of the Overworld's night sky.
The completed engine performs mass synthesis, turning energy into building materials, resources, and rare items. Common materials are affordable; treasures such as elytra and Nether stars require much larger energy budgets. Generated items are plain items, without the sample's enchantments or other added data.
Getting started
You receive the Singulo Handbook when you first join a world. Open it for stage goals, machine instructions, multiblock layouts, and the records you discover.
Start with steel, ceramic, and basic circuits. Place a Thermoelectric Generator between supported hot and cold sources, then build your first Kiln, Compressor, Electrolyzer, and Archive Terminal.
JEI is recommended and optional. Its integration shows machine recipes and multiblock construction information. Singulo includes energy cables; compatible transport mods can provide item and fluid pipes for your factory.
Requirements
| Minecraft | Loader | Java |
|---|---|---|
| 1.21.1 | NeoForge 21.1.256 or later for 1.21.1 | 21 |
| 1.20.1 | Forge — use the dedicated Forge build | 17 |
| 1.20.1 | NeoForge — use the dedicated NeoForge build | 17 |
Choose the file that matches both your Minecraft version and loader. File suffixes use N for NeoForge and F for Forge. Multiplayer requires Singulo on both the server and clients.
The Minecraft 1.20.1 versions have their own Forge and NeoForge branches and manuals. Features can differ between builds.
The included Singulo HD resource pack offers optional 32×32 textures. Server settings and datapacks let you customize progression and recipes.
Languages and player guides
English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean are supported.
