Time Stop Overhaul (JCraft Addon)

Time Stop Overhaul (JCraft Addon) reworks stopped time in JCraft: Eyes of Ender.

Features

• Grab in stopped time: during your own time stop, right-click frozen mobs, players, Stands and projectiles with an empty hand to carry them. A Stand and its user move together and collide with blocks. A grabbed projectile flies where you aim when time resumes.
• Counter time stop: press your Ultimate inside someone else's time stop to stop time instantly. Both of you can move; whoever runs out of time first slows down and freezes.
• Cancel your own time stop: press the time stop key again while it lasts and time resumes. The cooldown shrinks to the part of the time stop you used, down to half of it (configurable).
• Escape while dazed: you can stop time while Dazed, for example in the middle of a barrage. Mobs try it too.
• Barrage clash, like in the anime: when two barrages meet, the fists lock together. Both fighters are invulnerable while it lasts, and the camera switches to third person and circles around them. A JoJo-style bar above your hearts shows your side and your rival's. Mash your barrage key to push it, and hit the direction key (W/A/S/D) that pops up for a big push. Punches sound through the whole clash. Whoever reaches the end of the bar, or leads after 10 seconds, wins with a finishing blow: everything freezes for a moment, then the loser is blown away and dazed. Once it starts, nothing breaks it: no skills, no Ultimates, no inventory. Someone frozen in stopped time can't clash: your punches just land. Stand-using mobs clash too.
• Grey screen that replays the wave on every new time stop and lasts until the last one ends.
• DIO-style countdown: during your time stop the XP bar turns gold and shows the seconds left.
• Practice: your time stop grows longer the more you use it (choose which Stands in the config).
• Joestar Blood: The World's time stop won't grow until you drink it, like DIO in the anime. With it, it starts at half and reaches full length after 20 uses. Craft it from a full Blood Bottle (16/16) and a Nether Star, or find it in vampire lair chests.
• Anime durations by default: The World 5 s (up to 10 s with Joestar Blood), The World Over Heaven 14 s, Shadow The World 5 s, Star Platinum: The World 5 s, The World: High Voltage 5 s.
• Configurable range (horizontal and vertical), synced from the server. Rain, particles and frozen blocks use the same range and respect the dimension.
• Action-bar messages sit above your hearts so JCraft's bar doesn't cover them.

Good to know

• The anime durations are written into JCraft's own server config only when a world has no JCraft config yet. Existing worlds keep their settings, and you can change any value with /jconfig.
• With JCraft Additions, Star Platinum: The World's time stop grows with Additions' training (turned on in new worlds). Want a fixed duration from /jconfig instead? Set sptwUpgradable = false under [practice] in config/jcraft_tscompat-common.toml.
• This addon changes some of JCraft's code at runtime. If something breaks while it's installed, report it here first, not to the JCraft team.

Commands and config

• /tscompat practice: your progress.
• /tscompat practice <players> <uses> and /tscompat blood <players> yes|no: operators only.
• Config: config/jcraft_tscompat-common.toml and config/jcraft_tscompat-client.toml.
• Barrage clash settings are in-game: open /jconfig (operators) and use the Time Stop Overhaul tab.
• Don't like the spinning camera? Set cinematicCamera = false under [clash] in config/jcraft_tscompat-client.toml.

Requirements

• Required: JCraft: Eyes of Ender 0.18.1 or 0.18.2 (Forge or Fabric 1.20.1) and its dependencies, on client and server.
• Versions: Forge and Fabric have the same features. Use the same version on the client and the server.
• Optional: JCraft Additions 1.2.2+ and The World: High Voltage (JCraft Addon).
• Translations: English and 7 Spanish variants.
